CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, achieved revenues of EUR 350 million in the 1st
half of the financial year 2016/17. These were lower than the previous year's revenues of EUR 390 million, mainly due to lower trade volumes and lower ethanol prices. Even though revenues in the 2nd
quarter 2016/17, at EUR 182 (previous year: 193) million, did not quite reach the previous year's level, they exceeded those of the 1st
quarter (EUR 168 million).
22.09.2016CropEnergies to repeat good 1st half of previous year despite lower earnings in 2nd quarter 2016/17 - outlook for earnings confirmed
CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has achieved an operating result of EUR 22 (previous year: EUR 26) million in the 2nd quarter 2016/17. Compared to the 1st quarter of the current financial year, this is an increase of EUR 2 million. Altogether, the 1st half 2016/17 reaches the same level as the successful previous year's with an operating result of EUR 41 (previous year: EUR 40) million. The main reasons for the stable profit development in the 1st half 2016/17 were lower raw material and energy prices which were able to compensate for the lower prices in the ethanol market to a large extent.
12.07.2016CropEnergies annual general meeting decides on EUR 0.15 dividend
At the annual general meeting of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, on 12 July 2016, shareholders approved by a large majority the dividend proposal of the supervisory board and the executive board to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.15 per share entitled to dividend. This results in a total dividend payout of EUR 13.1 million. All other agenda items were also adopted by a majority of more than 95 percent. Around 700 shareholders and guests attended the annual general meeting in the Congress Center Rosengarten in Mannheim. Overall, 83 percent of the share capital was represented. Shareholders were particularly interested in the development of the company and the current financial year, especially the restart of the bioethanol plant in Wilton, UK. The political framework for bioethanol in the EU, the planned introduction of E10 in additional member states and the development of the bioethanol prices were also discussed in depth.

CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has significantly improved its results in the 1st
quarter of the 2016/17 financial year. Revenues decreased by 15 percent to EUR 168 (previous year: EUR 198) million due to lower proceeds for bioethanol and - following the temporary standstill of the production plant in Wilton, UK, - lower trading volumes. The earnings situation, however, improved significantly thanks to lower raw material prices and lower energy and maintenance costs.

CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has had a good start into the new financial year 2016/17. Revenues in the 1st
quarter decreased as expected and reached EUR 168 (previous year: EUR 198) million. The main reason for this were lower ethanol prices as well as missing sales volumes compared to the 1st
quarter of the previous year from the production plant in Wilton, UK, which has been temporarily closed since February 2015. Despite the lower business volume, CropEnergies was able to significantly improve the earnings situation due to lower raw material prices and decreased expenditures for energy and maintenance. Operating profit therefore increased by 42 percent to EUR 19 (previous year: EUR 14) million.
18. 05.2016CropEnergies concludes excellent financial year 2015/16
In the financial year 2015/16 (1 March 2015 - 29 February 2016), CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has achieved excellent results. While revenues decreased as expected due to a lower bioethanol production to EUR 723 (previous year: EUR 827) million, significantly higher prices for bioethanol as well as slightly increased prices for the food and animal feed products multiplied EBITDA to EUR 122 (previous year: 25) million. Operating profit reached EUR 87 (previous year: EUR -11) million. Based on revenues, operating margin improved to 12.0 (previous year: -1.4) percent.
17. 05.2016CropEnergies suggests dividend of EUR 0.15 per share - plant in Wilton to start trial run
CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, will propose to the annual general meeting on 12 July 2016 to once again pay a dividend to reflect the significantly improved earnings situation of the past financial year 2015/16 (1 March 2015 - 29 February 2016). Each share is to receive a dividend of EUR 0.15 (previous year: EUR 0.00). The supervisory board has approved of the executive board's suggestion in its meeting on 17 May 2016.
