Dr. Fritz Georg von Graevenitz studied economics, economic history with a focus on fiscal policy and political science at the Universities of Mannheim and Heidelberg and the Institut d'Ă©tudes politiques de Paris, Frankreich. In 2011, he received his doctorate for his thesis on international agricultural markets in the 20th century and their policies from the European University Institute, Florence, Italy.
In October 2011, Fritz Georg von Graevenitz joined the SĂĽdzucker Group as an expert for sugar policy and sugar markets in the central department for business economics in the sugar division. In September 2015, he became assistant to the CEO of SĂĽdzucker AG. In July 2016, he was appointed head of the central auditing department and Compliance Officer of SĂĽdzucker AG.
In October 2019, Dr Fritz Georg von Graevenitz became a member of the Executive Board of CropEnergies AG as Chief Sales Officer. As of 1 March 2024, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Dr Uwe Boltersdorf studied chemical engineering at the University of Dortmund and graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering in 1998. In 2001, he received his doctorate at the Fraunhofer Institute for Environmental, Safety and Energy Technology UMSICHT in Oberhausen.
Uwe Boltersdorf then gained international and management experience at Bayer and Lanxess, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, before moving to thyssenkrupp in 2014. There he was responsible for the Chemical and Process Technologies business (“UHDE”) unit as Chief Sales Officer until 2021. In 2021, he joined Sulzer AG, a global leader in fluid engineering, where he most recently headed the Chemtech division as Division President.
On April 1, 2025, Uwe Boltersdorf has been appointed to the Executive Board of CropEnergies AG, where he will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Heike Baumbach studied International Business Studies, specialising in Finance and Economics, at Bochum University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and the University of Portsmouth, England, and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.).
In 2005, she gained her first international experience as a Junior Lecturer at Shandong Agricultural University, Tai'an, China, before starting her career in 2006 at The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in Frankfurt and London in the field of Corporate Clients and Risk & Portfolio Management.
In August 2009, Heike Baumbach joined CropEnergies AG as Manager Finance. In September 2011, she took over as Head of the Investor Relations & Capital Market Compliance and Finance & Risk Management departments
As of 1 March 2024, Heike Baumbach was appointed Chief Financial Officer in the Executive Board of CropEnergies AG.
