Mannheim, 13 October 2021 – In the 2nd quarter of the 2021/22 financial year (1 June 2021 - 31 August 2021), CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, generated revenues of EUR 249 (previous year: EUR 229) million. In the 1st half of the financial year, revenues increased to EUR 463 (previous year: EUR 399) million.
Mannheim, 11 October 2021 – In a joint project, CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, together with Stuttgart Airport and the mineral oil company Mabanaft Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg, are testing a climate fuel with 20 percent renewable ethanol.
Mannheim, 20 September 2021 - "Jeder lobt was Nürburgring-erprobt." ("Everyone praises what has been tested on the Nürburgring.) That has been written in the historic paddock of the Nürburgring for decades and that is still implemented today. At the ADAC 1000 km race at the Nürburgring on 18 September 2021, the organiser's two pace cars and two historic racing cars (Porsche 911 RS and Ford Mustang from the 1970s) were powered by Super Eco 20 supplied by CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, and Mabanaft Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg. This high-performance fuel with 20 % renewable ethanol and 100 octane is climate-friendly and motorsport-proven. A first step towards CO2 reduction, which will be followed by others.
Mannheim, 13 July 2021 – At today's Annual General Meeting of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, the shareholders approved by a large majority the proposal of the supervisory board and executive board to increase the dividend to EUR 0.35 (previous year: EUR 0.30) per share entitled to dividend. This results in a total dividend payout of EUR 30.5 million. All other agenda items were also approved with a majority of over 89 percent.
Mannheim, 07 July 2021 - In the 1st quarter (1 March - 31 May 2021) of the 2021/22 financial year, CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, generated revenues of EUR 214 (previous year: EUR 171) million and an operating profit of EUR 15.1 (previous year: EUR 8.1) million. This corresponds to an EBITDA of EUR 25.5 (previous year: EUR 18.2) million. Net financial assets increased significantly to EUR 182.6 (28.02.2021: EUR 154.6) million.
Mannheim, 19 May 2021 – CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, generated revenues of EUR 833 (previous year: EUR 899) million in the 2020/21 financial year and an operating profit of EUR 107 (previous year: EUR 104) million, despite the challenging market environment. EBITDA adjusted for special items rose to EUR 148 (previous year: EUR 146) million. Despite the extended maintenance shutdown in Wanze at the beginning of the 2020/21 financial year due to the pandemic, ethanol production of 987 (previous year: 1,002) thousand cubic metres was roughly at the previous year's level.
Mannheim, 24 March 2021 – According to preliminary figures, CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, achieved revenues of EUR 833 (previous year: EUR 899) million in the financial year 2020/21 (1 March 2020 - 28 February 2021). The operating result rose to EUR 107 (previous year: EUR 104) million. The EBITDA reached EUR 148 (previous year: EUR 146) million.
Mannheim, 13 January 2021 - In the first nine months of the 2020/21 financial year (1 March 2020 - 30 November 2020), CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, generated revenues of EUR 625 (previous year: EUR 668) million, which were lower than in the previous year. The main reasons for this were lower sales volumes and lower sales prices for food and animal feed products sold. In the 3rd quarter, turnover increased slightly compared to the previous year to EUR 226 (previous year: EUR 220) million.
Mannheim, 07 October 2020 - In the 2nd quarter of the financial year 2020/21 (1 June 2020 – 31 August 2020), CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, generated revenues of EUR 229 (previous year: EUR 245) million. Cumulative revenues in the 1st half were EUR 399 (previous year: EUR 448) million, which is approximately 11 percent lower than in the previous year. The main reasons for this were lower sales quantities and lower sales prices for the food and animal feed products sold.
Mannheim, 14 July 2020 - The shareholders of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, approved the doubling of the dividend to EUR 0.30 (previous year: EUR 0.15) per share entitled to dividend proposed by the supervisory board and executive board. The Annual General Meeting elected Dr Thomas Kirchberg (60) as a new member of the supervisory board. All other items on the agenda were also approved by the shareholders.
